For these egg decorations you will need:
- Paint brush
- Egg painter
- White thread
First, poke a hole on the top and bottom of the egg and blow the content out. There are devices for this but it is just as easy and also cheaper to do it yourself. Wash out with water and set it to dry with the hole down.
Continue with however many eggs you want and place one in the egg painter.
Start painting your design, perhaps in Easter-like colours. I chose to use other colours than the ones provided by the painter, but it is just as possible to use them.
When it’s dried, cut off a part of a toothpick and tie the thread around it
Slip it into the top hole of the egg and make sure it holds. Hang the eggs up in whatever way preferable or keep them in a decorative bowl.
