Banana Pancakes

This is a quick and easy recipe for banana pancakes; a healthy snack after dinner or maybe a Sunday breakfast.

You will need:
(This recipe makes ca. 5 pancakes)

  • 2 bananas
  • 75 g plain wholemeal flour
  • 0.75 dl milk
  • 1 egg

Topping:

  • Strawberries
  • Lime
  • Sugar

First, cut the two bananas into small cubes and mash them. Add the egg and stir.

Add the flour and milk interchangeably until you have a smooth mixture.

Add a dollop of butter to the pan (which should be on a medium/high heat). Pour a circle in the middle of the pan and shape it.

Flip when bubbles appear

Enjoy with some strawberries, lime juice and a drizzle of sugar!
