Breakfast on the go

The new year is well on its way, and eating healthier is on many New Years resolutions. Here is an option for quick and healthy breakfast.

You will need:

Just have the yogurt in a bowl and add the granola and raspberries and drizzle some honey on top!

To drink, have a delicious Mango & Banana smoothie!

(Inspired by a Jaime Oliver recipe)

For this you will need:

  • 1/2 glass of frozen mangoes
  • 1/2 banana
  • Plain yoghurt
  • 1/2 glass of milk

Add all the ingredients to a blender.

Poor in a glass or keep in the container to take to school or work!
