The year you’ll remember

Instead of setting unrealistic goals for 2017 here’s an alternative way to spend the next year.

Since 2013, I have had a glass jar that I have put seemingly random items in from time to time. In it are notes, movie tickets, drawings and basically anything I wanted to keep and remember.

This simple idea takes no time or energy to withhold. Just pop a note in from time to time. Maybe a note from a special day, a concert ticket, or a drawing from someone close to you. It takes no effort at all and it doesn’t have to be every day, just from moments you want to remember. At the end of the year, and for years ahead, you can look back at your most cherished memories of things that may not have been captured on photos or social media.

Happy New Year!
